Legal information
Terms of use.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the EBITDA Multiple pre-launch website and early-access platform. EBITDA Multiple is an early-stage finance education and recruiting project operated in the United Kingdom by Riccardo Pierre. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee or immediately provide member access. We approve users manually in controlled cohorts and may approve, reject, archive, pause or withdraw access where reasonably required. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and not allow another person to use your access.
3. Educational information only
The platform provides general education and career information. It isn’t investment, financial, legal, tax, recruitment or employment advice, and it doesn’t guarantee an interview, job offer, investment outcome or professional qualification. You remain responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You mustn’t misuse the platform, attempt to bypass lesson or access controls, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful material, introduce malicious code, scrape user data, impersonate another person or use the service to infringe anyone’s rights.
5. Your CV and other uploads
You retain ownership of material you upload. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant us the limited permission required to store, display back to you and process it solely to operate the platform. Don’t upload confidential employer, client, transaction or third-party information.
6. Our content
Unless otherwise stated, the platform, lessons, branding, text, illustrations and resources belong to EBITDA Multiple or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. You mustn’t reproduce, sell, license, distribute or systematically extract them without permission.
7. Mentors, opportunities and third parties
Opportunity dates and statuses can change without notice. We verify entries periodically, but you must confirm eligibility, deadlines and application requirements on the employer’s official website. Mentor profiles, employer features, paid resources and bookings may be labelled as coming soon or as expressions of interest. Third-party names or links don’t imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the beta accurate and available, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we aren’t responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on educational content, loss of opportunity or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Payments, cancellations and refunds
No paid products are currently offered. Before payments open, the applicable price, service description, cancellation rights and refund terms will be shown clearly at the point of purchase and these terms will be updated.
10. Ending access and changes
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are breached or security is at risk. We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and may be able to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
